- Get 1/2 cup Green coriander chopped

- Prepare 1 cup Deep fried onions
- Get 1/2 cup Saffron milk
- Prepare 100 ml For chhachh: curd
- Get 1 tsp Mint powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin powder

- In second layer add golden coloured onions, khada masala.Add veg biryani masala powder to it.
- Finally add golden onions, saffron milk, cashewnuts, ghee almonds, raisins and coriander leaves.
- Now cover the lid and coot it on low flame for 10 mn.
- Open the lid and garnish with cashewnuts, almonds, raisins, green and coriander leaves.
- For making chhachh mix curd and remaining ingredients and blend with water.
- Serve biryani with chhachh and riped mangoes.
