- Cut beef boneless & flatten with hammer
- In a bowl add salt, raw papaya, g.g paste,red chilli powder, corinder powder,turmeric & cumin powder,pappy seeds & lemon juice.. mix well
- Add pasandey into it & leave for 2,3hour
- Now add yogurt & brown onion.. mix well
- In a pan/tawa heat oil add pasandey one by one in a flatten shape..
- Now add remaining mixture into it..
- Add a splash of water & cover the lid
- When yogurt realise it's water.. change the side of pasanday after 1 hour..
- Add more water if needed & cover the lid..
- Cook for good 2 hours(please check in between the masala do not burn)..
- In the end well tender completely.. u see water & cook it on high flame & bhounfy well..
- Serve with raita,salad & naan..
