Artisan Sausages - We use locally made Artisan onion sausages but you could also use onion brats, Onion - I prefer sweet Vidalia onions, but white or yellow onions may also.   2. Grate the cheese
  3. Prepare the sausages. I used the polish sausages.

  6. Cut rolls into small pieces. Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano.
  7. Bake for ~10 min in 200°C. Enjoy your meal!
